Description of Move:Raz raises his hand and points a single finger out, he forms a small dot of energy that actually hides huge amounts of power. The dot is fired either at a planet or a person. If it hit's a planet it will sink down into the center of the planet and explode taking the whole planet, If it hit's a person it will go into there body and explode out.
Who can use the move (Anyone or just your character):Ultimatum
PL Required to learn (Only if anyone is allowed use the move):3 million.
Move Alignment (Good, Evil, Neutral, or Any):Any
Race Only (If the move is restricted to certain races only):any
Note: You are allowed to automatically learn a move with every 100,000 PL as long as it gets approved first.
